Position overview:
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have upwards of 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a relevant background in the software development industry. You will be responsible for leading the UI/UX design process for our iGaming products, ensuring that they are visually appealing, intuitive, and provide a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities within our team include:
Develop and implement our platforms' UI/UX strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and product goals
Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final implementation. Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation
Champion a user-centered design approach, conducting research, usability testing, and applying data-backed decisions to refine designs and improve the overall user experience
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the UI/UX designs are feasible and align with technical requirements and business objectives
Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system, including UI components, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency across all products
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and the iGaming industry, applying this knowledge to enhance our products
Review and ensure the quality of design deliverables, conducting design audits and providing feedback to the team.
Facing the challenges of the role require:
7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role, preferably but not limited to the iGaming industry
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field; matching experience will serve this purpose as well
A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your experience in UI/UX design, with examples of UX case studies, designs, with a focus on web applications
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and others is a plus. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS) is also a plus. Previous work on Design systems, tokens, and versioning systems would be a strong plus
Proven experience leading design teams, with excellent communication, mentoring, and team-building skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Experience in usability testing, with the ability to translate insights into actionable design improvements; previous experience with any analytics tool and data is a plus
Ability to think creatively and innovate, pushing the boundaries of design within the constraints of technology and user needs.
